Stitch: With “sew” many bars in the Times Square area, it’s only fitting that the Garment District now has fashionable Stitch. This dimly lit dark-wood bar “seams” to attract a hip biz-casual crowd that hangs around the tall pub tables in front or the upstairs lounge, sipping clothing-themed cocktails such as the Lingerie or the Raspberry Beret. The long space is mainly taken up by the polished bar, above which is a large-screen TV for catching the game, and behind which the outgoing bartenders are chatting with customers while concocting their drinks or placing orders from the American menu.
