Pink Elephant @ Capri Hotel: Though it seems that the fickle may have already moved on to the Pink Elephant team’s other spot, La Playa, the Pink Elephant lounge located in the Capri Hotel is still going strong after (gasp!) three seasons out East. Ideal for club-goers longing for more of West Chelsea’s velvet rope in the Hamptons, the Southampton outpost, like the Manhattan original, has a liquid-nitrogen machine and plenty of skin-to-skin action as party goers revel like there’s no tomorrow. The indoor/outdoor space comes chock-full of bottle service tables (surprise), including climate-controlled beach cabanas on the deck. If you don’t feel like crashing at the hotel, which truth be told looks like a dodgy motel, you’ll have no problem finding a limo or taxi, both of which line the front of the club waiting to take the gleefully inebriated back to their estates. |
