Great for private parties! I held a surprise 30th birthday for my husband in the upstairs lounge area at Kevin St. James and it was great! The party package pricing is very reasonable, the food was great and plentiful, the space was perfect for our group, and the bartenders and staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating. I heard that everything on this block has been bought out and is being torn down early next year, so I'd recommend everyone visit this place before it goes.
