Highbar: Miss Miami? Make your way past the doorman and follow the signs through the maze-like service entrance and you’ll find the elevator that will take you to this rooftop bar atop the Time Square Hilton Hotel. Panoramic views of the Hudson give way to urban chic decor of daybeds, bamboo cabanas, movie screens, and, for those steamy city nights, outdoor AC. Even skinny little things will have a hard time resisting the aroma of the barbecued grub to go along with cocktails (priced between $16 and $18). There’s a little nook for the bottle service crowd with an oversized “UFO” couch and wonderfully large, plush pillows. Given its Time Square location, it’s no surprise that there are plenty of suits kicking back on the daybeds, so come later on if the after-work crowd isn't your scene. |
