Bouley: The star chef has been planning his flagship, coming soon to the ground floor of the Mohawk Atelier building, since 1994. With a Renaissance decor complete with 18th Century stone floors, Bouley’s atmosphere will be rustic country France. After it opens, the current Bouley restaurant space, at 120 West Broadway at Duane Street, will become Bouley Bakery, and his café, Upstairs at Bouley, at 130 West Broadway, will expand into the ground floor bakery area and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clearly, Duane Street is Bouley Street. |
